Sitting in trees, dropping banners, and crashing parades; we have done our best to keep you engaged and entertained. Which is why you should vote the Cascadian Forest Defenders as local Hell Raiser of the year in the Eugene Weekly’s Best of Eugene 2013. In the South Umpqua watershed we have maintained a tree village in threatened old growth forest for almost 4 months, with no intentions of leaving until the sale is cancelled. In town we have thrown some awesome parties to raise funds for these actions, and have confronted politicians like Peter DeFazio with our concerns regarding the future of Oregon’s ancient forests.
Here is one way you can support us! Go to http://bestofeugene.com/ and write in Cascadian Forest Defenders as the Local Hell Raiser of the Year.
